CABIN AMENITIES AND CLASSES



Qantas Airways offers different travel classes for domestic and international services — Domestic Economy, Domestic Business, International Economy, International Business and First Class.



Domestic Economy/International Economy — seats are equipped with adjustable headrest. Menus and beverages according to the length of the flight are available. In-flight entertainment for the latest movies, music and videos are accessible. For international economy passengers, complete menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner are also offered.



Domestic Business — upon arrival, passengers are given priority check-in and boarding. Seats are equipped with adjustable headrests and lumbar support with wide seat pitch for a more comfortable travel. In-flight cuisine is the most excellent of its kind.



International Business — passengers are given priority check-in and boarding. You will pass through the dedicated boarding lanes for international flights and will be given utmost priority. You may also enjoy the facilities of the airline’s business lounge exclusively for business passengers. On board, seats can turn into full beds for a comfortable travel. Seats are also equipped with 10.2 inches of LCD TV. Special amenity kits are also provided.



First Class — passengers are given their own private space. Seats can completely recline into beds to up to 78". Expect the most special services from the flight attendants who will make sure that your travel is the most comfortable possible. A 10.4-inch LCD TV is also provided in every seat. Canapés are served with every meal followed by a choice between two entrées and 12 main courses. Snacks are also available at any time during the flight.



BAGGAGE POLICIES



Qantas Airways does not have a restriction on the number of pieces of bags to be carried inside the aircraft for domestic Australian routes. For flights to the US, Canada, South America and the Pacific, baggage is restricted to up to two pieces weighing 50 lbs for the economy and premium economy and 70 lbs for the business and first classes.



For all other international destinations, weight limit on baggage for economy and premium economy passengers is 50 lbs, 66 lbs for business and 88 lbs for first class. No bag should be more than 70 lbs in weight and 62" in total dimensions. Excess baggage fees range from 10 to 50 USD depending on the destination.
